If I have to wait for my car to arrive, will I be billed for my waiting time?

Our customers are privileged to free waiting time according to what type of car they have selected. there is absolutely no waiting time charge on inside terminal pick-up. Our operators checking all flights ETA's (for delays or earlier arrivals).

  • Sedans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and on international flights.
  • Limousines - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and 50 minutes free on international flights.
  • Vans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and 50 minutes free on international flights.
  • Mini-vans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and on international flights.

How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?

Your uniformed driver (suite and tie) will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company.

What sorts of vehicles may I expect?

All of our cars are new models 2011-2014.

Luxury Sedans are either Cadillac and Lincoln Town Car available in dark and light colors

Stretch Limousines - 2011-2014 and available in black and white colors, also included in the limo is AM, FM, TV, CD, DVD Player. Fully Stack Bar included with soft drinks and hard liquor (limited).

Luxury Vans - for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 10 passengers plus their luggage. For sight seeing or other than airport transit, the vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers.

Mini Vans - accommodate up to 4 passengers and up to 6 suitcases.

What is your credit card processing procedure?

Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours before your reservation date.  Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?

ALL no shows will be charged full rate.

To avoid being charged you must:
1. Call toll free so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.
2. Call toll free or email in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requirements?

To avoid being charged all cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation. You must notify us of cancellation VIA email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails, trip considered cancelled after the client receives cancellation email, please verify your cancellation over the phone if no cancellation confirmation is received by you. Full charge will be applied to your account in case of late cancellation.You must provide confirmation # for each reservation in case to cancel by ;

Do you have a Guarantee of Service?

After you have received your "Confirmation Number", your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)

Where can I find your hourly rates?

Our rates are by the hour (BTH) also known as A/D (as directed).

  • 2 hrs minimum on weekdays (Mon-Thur)
  • 3 hrs minimum on weekends (Fri-Sun)
  • 5 hrs minimum any day if traveling outside of the greater city limits

• NO SMOKING - $300 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FROM YOUR CC ACCOUNT.
• ON YOUR STATEMENT YOU WILL SEE THE CHARGES FROM “JTJ GLOBAL CORP”.
• SERVICE ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED AT OCCURANCE OR WHITHIN 24 HOURS.
• WE DO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS LEFT IN VEHICLE.
• YOUR PAYMENT IS REFUNDABLE, SEE CANCELATION POLICIES BELOW.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To avoid a late cancellation or “no show” fee, the reservation must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation. You must notify us of cancellation via email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails or faxes, trip considered canceled after the client receives cancellation email, please verify your cancellation over the phone if no cancellation confirmation is received by you. Full charge will be applied to your account in case of late cancellation or "no show". Unless stated otherwise in your email confirmation, cancellations made less than the following minimum time prior to the service date will be subject to full reservation price: for weekend Limousine service and Coach Buses - 4 days, for Party Buses - 1 week, for Holidays, Special Occasions, Weddings and Events - 7 days for all services. All other days and for Airport Transfers – 24 hour. Airport transfers changes must be completed over the phone at least 4 hours in advance. If you experience difficulty locating the chauffeur, please call the Customer Service telephone number listed on the email confirmation. Failure to call and leaving the pick-up location without notifying will result in a “no-show” charge equal to full amount.

DAMAGES:
The Party is fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle or injuries caused to Passengers or other third persons caused by any Passenger willfully or accidentally or any baggage, parcels or other property brought on board or transported on the vehicle by any Passenger. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds. Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. The cost of repairing damage to vehicles resulting from acts of any Passenger will be charged to the account.

AGREEMENT:
Smoking is not allowed. A $300 fee will be added to your trip for smoking. Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s). Our Company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become, objectionable to other persons. Passengers shall not interfere with the operator in the discharge of his duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the motor vehicle. WEDDING and PROMS have special packages. Failure to notify the sales representative about the event may result in adjustments to your reservation after the service, to reflect special rate. We do not responsible for inclement weather condition, heavy traffics or other uncomfortable circumstances resulting in the inability to start or complete a job as it is scheduled. This is initial confirmation and does not include overtime charges incurred during the performance of hourly trips, stops made during point to point trips or airport transfers. Travel time will be added to all services performed outside Metropolitan Area.
