ATTENTION LA Guardia Airport (LGA) Passengers.

Due to construction works in La Guardia Airport area we absolutely do not provide inside terminal pick up with meet & greet. All airport pick ups will be made outside terminal, passenger must call to the numbers on your confirmation after they receive the luggage and inform us about standing point (passengers pick up area 1.2.3. or A.B.C.), please allow driver 10-20 minutes time (depend of traffic condition) to pull up the vehicle in front of the terminal. We are not responsible for any type of delays.

What is your airport waiting time policy?

Our customers are privileged to free waiting time according to what type of car they have selected. When free waiting time is expire your rates will be changed to hourly and total cost will depend on the time we actually meet you in terminal plus travel time to final drop off location. Our operators checking all flights ETA's (for delays or earlier arrivals).
 

How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?

Your uniformed driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company. If you cant find your driver please call to the numbers provided in your confirmation for us to arrange pick up point. Please note that failure to call and leave airport will cost you "NO SHOW" charges which equal to full airport transfer rates.

What is your credit card processing procedure?

We do not charge you in advance, your credit card will be charged how soon as cancelation policy in affect, please check our cancelation policy at “Terms & Conditions” page. Please note that all reservations made less than 48 hours before pick up DATE (not a time) is NON-CANCELABLE and payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?

If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requirements?

To avoid being charged all cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation or you can read on our website. You must notify us of cancellation VIA email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails, TRIP CONSIDERED CANCELLED AFTER THE CLIENT RECEIVES CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL, please verify your cancellation over the phone if no cancellation confirmation is received by you. Full charge will be applied to your account in case of late cancellation.You must provide confirmation # for each reservation in case to cancel by. Please note that reservation made less than 48 hours before actual trip is NON-CANCELLABLE OR FULL PAYMENT WILL APPLY.

Do you have a Guarantee of Service?

After you have received your "Confirmation Number", your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)

What sorts of vehicles may I expect?

All of our cars are new models. Luxury Sedans are either Cadillac and Lincoln Town Car available in dark and light colors Stretch Limousines - available in black and white colors, also included in the limo is AM, FM, TV, CD, DVD Player. Fully Stocked Bar include soft drinks and hard liquor (limited). Luxury Vans - for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 16 passengers plus their luggage. For sight seeing or other than airport transit please check our fleet selection starting from luxury sedan's for 3 to 4 people to 56 passengers Luxury Buses.

What is “Travel time charges”, do i will be charged for it?

Customers who requesting a quote or make a reservation within 5 borough area include Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Long Island City do NOT pay any travel time charges. All other trips outside of this areas require travel time charges equal to time for the driver to get to pick up point from Manhattan area and come back to the city in case final drop off also outside of 5 borough. For example, if you going from Manhattan to Atlantic City just one way you will be charged for total of 5 hours. In case you need “Wait & Return” trip please do not add any travel time charges to quote or to reservations because your trip starts and ends in the city. Do you have minimum hours required for your fleet?

Yes, we do have minimum service charges for our fleet;

1. For sedans, SUV's and Vans Monday to Thursday - 2 hours, weekend - 3 hours minimum.

2. All limousines for up to 14 passengers - 3 hours minimum.

3. Limousines for up to 20 passengers and buses for up to 36 passengers - 4 hours minimum.

4. Buses for up to 56 passengers - 5 hours minimum.

What if i need extend hours of service and go overtime?

If you make a reservation for example for 3 hours of service and this time become not enough to complete your journey in most of the time you can keep the vehicle longer. You MUST CALL or TEXT to 212.233.5131 to inform dispatcher and he will check if the driver have enough time to clean up the vehicle for the next job. Please do not ask or make any deals with drivers, they are absolutely don't know the prices and overtime policies. At the end of the trip driver reporting to the base about final drop of time and if there any overtime - your credit card will be billed for additional time. All customers have complimentary 15 minutes free of overtime charges, after that full hour charge will apply to your credit card.

The quote i get on website is all inclusive price or there any hidden fees?

Yes, whatever you was quoted online on our website is how much you will pay, no hidden fees, accept;

1. If you traveling outside of the city we will add tolls IF THERE ANY.

2. If you going one way out of state, travel time charges back to the city will be added to total price.

Please check your confirmation send to your email after you complete reservation, you will see full breakdown of total price. We do not charge credit card in advance, your credit card will be charged how soon as cancelation policy in effect. Quoted rate is guarantee or there any hidden fees?

Yes, the price quote you get online is guaranteed and all inclusive if you traveling within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx including airport transportation. If you traveling outside of 4 Borough there might be additional travel time charges if pick up or final drop off located outside of 4 Borough area and tolls (if there any).
